On March 1, 2010, Kumpoo officially announced global endorsement partnerships with seven key players from the Thailand National Badminton Team. Following the successful signing of Thai men's singles star Boonsak Ponsana in 2009, Kumpoo once again joined forces with the Thai national team, signing seven leading players at once: Sudket Prapakamol, Saralee Thungthongkam, Songphon Anugritayawon, Kunchala Voravichitchaikul, Duanganong Aroonkesorn, Pakkawat Vilailak, and Sarayut Saetang. With these new signings, Kumpoo's roster of endorsed Thai national team players reached eight, marking a milestone expansion of the brand's strategic presence in the Southeast Asian market.
Since partnering with Boonsak Ponsana in 2009, Kumpoo's influence in Southeast Asia has continued to grow. The signing of seven core members of the Thailand National Team at once represents another strategic move in the brand's commitment to the Southeast Asian market. As one of the leading badminton nations in Southeast Asia, Thailand holds an important position on the international badminton stage. Through deeper cooperation with the Thai national team, Kumpoo aims to further strengthen its professional image in the Southeast Asian market and lay a solid foundation for expanding into broader international markets.
A Kumpoo brand representative said at the press conference: “Thailand is a country with a deep passion for badminton, home to world-class athletes and a rich badminton culture. We are honored to join hands with these seven outstanding members of the Thailand National Team. Kumpoo will provide them with professional equipment support to help them achieve further success on the international stage. At the same time, we hope this partnership will allow more people to experience the appeal of badminton and fall in love with the sport.”
