September 28, 2026 — At the recently concluded Xi'an Lindan Cup 2026, Team Kumpoo delivered an impressive performance across multiple events, including the university team competition, junior events and men's singles, highlighting the strength and competitive spirit of Team Kumpoo in the historic city of Xi'an.

In the University Team Competition, the Peking University High-Level Badminton Team, sponsored by Kumpoo, battled through the competition to claim the championship title. Equipped with Kumpoo’s professional equipment, the team delivered a strong performance through consistent technical execution and excellent teamwork, showcasing the positive results of sports-education integration.

In the Junior Events, young Kumpoo athlete Qin Peien showed courage and determination in the youngest age group, ultimately finishing fourth. Despite being the youngest competitor in the event, she impressed with her technical ability and fighting spirit, demonstrating promising potential for the future.

In the Men's Singles Event, Team Kumpoo member Kantaphon Wangcharoen delivered a consistent performance to reach the quarterfinals. In the quarterfinal match, he faced the eventual champion and, after a closely contested battle, narrowly missed out on a place in the semifinals. Cheam June Wei also competed in the tournament, using the matches as valuable opportunities to maintain his competitive form.
