August 24, 2026 — At the recently concluded Singapore International Challenge 2026, Team Kumpoo member and Australian doubles star Nozomi Shimizu finished runner-up in the women's doubles event, adding another impressive result to Team Kumpoo's growing list of achievements.
Singapore International Challenge 2026 was held from August 18 to 23 at Wyse Active Hub in Singapore, a BWF International Challenge-level tournament. Nozomi Shimizu delivered consistent performances and drew on rich match experience across the event. Teaming up with her partner, she battled past several strong pairs to reach the final. Although she narrowly missed out on the title, her runner-up finish once again demonstrated her strength and competitiveness in doubles.
Looking ahead, Kumpoo will keep partnering with elite athletes worldwide, supporting their on court performance with professional equipment and embracing upcoming challenges side by side to showcase the strength of Team Kumpoo to the world.
